| 摘 要： | 法治乃法律之统治，它与法律、正义、权力、民主等因素都有密不可分的联系。社会在不断发展进步，法治也愈加文明理性。现代社会的法治具有更丰富的内涵，它是法律之治、正义之治、限权之治与民主之治的有机结合与辩证统一。

| Abstract: | The rule by law is the rule of laws. It has a close relationship with power, democracy and other factors. With the continuous development and progress of society, the rule by law is more civilized and in- volves more elements. It is the dialectical combination of the rule by law and justice, the rule of limits of powers and the rule of democratic governance. |
