我国高校文化发展之困境探析

高校文化是高校生存和发展的终极竞争力，而高校文化的提升和培育须建立在对高校文化发展的困境分析之上。鉴于我国高校文化发展存在的困境，主要从高校组织的冲突，高校组织可能导致的离心力，国家权力的消极影响力来分析我国高校文化发展的困境。其中，组织成员群体间的价值冲突、组织内各学科的冲突、符号系统的冲突、国家政策及高校内部行政权力对高校文化的产生及发展影响甚远。

An Analysis of Plight in College Culture Development

College culture is the ultimate competitive power of colleges＇ survival and development, while college culture＇s promotion and cultivation should be based on the analysis of the college culture＇ plight. Therefore, the paper elaborates the plight from three aspects： conflicts between the college organizations, the centrifugal force probably caused by the college organizations, and the negative influence of the state power. It is pointed out that value conflicts between the organizational members, subject conflicts, symbol system conflicts, national policies, and the inner administrative power of colleges have a great influence on the college culture.
