| 摘 要： | 网络语境下的英语体育新闻报道有着其独特的文体特征。通过对《卫报》和《组约时报》网络版上五篇关于网球运动赛事报道的分析，阐述了网络英语体育新闻具有术语专业、数字频繁、动词连续、句式扩展、引语用心、修辞丰富等特点，为体育爱好者阅读网络英语新闻提供帮助和借鉴。

| Abstract: | Online English sports news has its unique stylistic features. Five news reports on tennis tourna- ments from Guardian and New York Times have been analyzed to illustrate such stylistic features, which can be summed up as follows： the use of professional terms, continuous verbs, expanded sentences and careful citation, frequent use of numbers, and the abundance of rhetorical devices. Such a study can offer assistance and reference to sports lovers when reading online English news. |
