关于面向卓越工程师的高校人才培养模式的探讨

卓越工程师培养计划是促进我国由教育大国迈向教育强国的重要举措。由于现行的高校人才培养模式中存在创新教育缺失、实践教育落后、学生缺乏解决实际问题能力等问题，因此，高校毕业生不能较好的满足用人单位的需求。立足于卓越工程师的主要培养目标和培养原则，以学生的创新能力和实践能力培养为主线，提出相应的课程规划、管理措施的改革和评估方法，以期能为我国高等教育的改革与发展提供借鉴。

On College Cultivation Mode for Excellent Engineer Training Program

Excellent Engineer Training Program is an important strategy to promate our country＇s educa- tion. Due to the problems in the present cultivation modes in universities, such as the lack of innovative e- duction, backward practice education as well as students poor practical ability, university graduates can- not meet the requirements of the employers well. Unpon analysis of the training objectives and prinicples of Excellent Engineer Training Program to promote students innovation and practical ability, the paper proposes the corresponding curriculum plan, management measures and assessments in the hope of provi- ding suggestions for the higher education reform and development.
