| 摘 要： | 选聘高校毕业生到农村任职是党中央为保证社会主义事业薪火相传、后继有人作出的战略决策。随着越来越多的大学生村官走进农村，如何进一步优化外部环境，让大学生村官更快成长、更好地发挥作用也成为一个需要探讨的重要课题。对大学生村官目前的成长环境进行了分析，提出了优化环境、促进大学生村官更快成长、更好成才的对策。

| Abstract: | The selection of college graduates to be village leaders after their graduation is a strategic deci- sion of the CPC to guarantee the continuality of the socialist cause. With more and more college graduates coming to the countryside, it has become an important issue to optimize the external environment and help the college student village leaders （CSVLs） to grow faster and play their roles better. Based on an analysis to the present growing environment of CSVLs, this paper proposes the strategies to tackle the problem and help the CSVLs to develop and grow in a better way. |
