| 摘 要： | 通过法律方法论中国化这一视角，对法律方法论中国化的研究成果进行梳理，对法律方法论中国化的“中国含量”进行分析，进一步发现法律方法论中国化过程中产生的问题及其“中国式”解决方案。提出应当重视法律方法论中国化的问题，并对法律方法论的中国化“含量”进行反思。

| Abstract: | From the perspective of legal methodology, this paper summarizes the research fruits on the in- troduction of legal methodology in China. It analyzes the role that Chinese experts play during the process, and sorts out the problems therein. It holds that we should pay attention to the localization of legal meth- odology in China, and ponder over the problems that have emerged during the localizing process. |
