| 摘 要： | 随着大学毕业生数量的逐年增加，大学生就业的形势日趋严峻，社会供求矛盾逐渐突出，大学生就业不公平现象日益严重。透过大学生就业不公平现状，探寻大学生就业不公平产生的各种原因，提出解决问题的方案及措施，对保障我国大学生的就业平等权益、提高人力资源利用率、促进我国高等教育的健康发展、保持社会稳定、推进和谐社会建设有着重要意义。

| Abstract: | College students are facing an ever-increasingly severe situation of employment along with the in crease of college students. Moreover, unfair employment is becoming more and more prominent as the con flict between social supply and demand is deteriorating. An analysis to such a problem to figure out the rea- sons and solutions to them is of great significance for the protection of college studen＊s＇ right of fair em ployment, the improvement of human-resource utilizing rate, the promotion of the heahhy development of domestic higher education, and the construction of a harmonious society. |
