| 摘 要： | 《喜福会》给读者展现了丰富的东方民俗文化，充分地体现了中国传统文化的博大精深，同时也充当了一个中西文化相互碰撞、对抗、融合的放大镜。从《喜福会》中的民俗文化入手，结合读者接受理论，从文中的食物、麻将、鬼魂以及风水四个方面进行探讨，揭示其文化表达功能。

| Abstract: | The Joy Luck Club shows the readers the rich oriental folk culture and fully embodies the pro- foundness of the Chinese traditional culture. It is a magnifying glass which reflects the crashing, the con- fronting and the blending of the Chinese and western cultures. This paper, combining the reception theo- ry, starts with the Chinese folk culture of The Joy Luck Club to explore the cultural expression function from food, mahjong, ghost and geomancy. |
