| 摘 要： | 图书馆工作人员的价值实现,在内容上是:观念服务、资源服务、阵地服务、自我服务。其主观条件是,图书馆工作人员应树立正确的价值观念,培养良好的职业道德,加强职业责任心。在客观条件上,应优化人文环境、实行人力资源的最佳配置、完善考核机制、实现人性化关怀。
