闽台绿色高科技产业集群持续创新网络能力评价研究——以光伏产业集群为例

围绕转变海峡两岸经济发展方式、增强可持续发展能力的目标,绿色低碳产业对接目前成为两岸经济增长的新亮点。太阳能光伏产业是新能源产业中的重要组成部分,福建省作为海峡西岸经济区的中心,一直将太阳能光伏产业的发展作为优先重点发展的高技术产业之一,并提出依靠闽台光伏产业合作等战略发展海峡经济区光伏产业集群。本研究围绕福建省内闽台光伏产业的发展现状,分析出影响闽台太阳能光伏产业创新网络能力的因素,提出对持续创新网络能力的评价指标模型,旨在更好的实现光伏产业的健康发展。

Study on Evaluation of Green High-tech Industry Cluster's Sustainable Innovation Network Capacity in Fujian and Taiwan——Take the Photovoltaic Industry Cluster as an Example

For the goals to transfer the economic development mode and to strengthen the ability of sustainable development, the green low carbon industry abutment at present has become a new bright spot of both sides economic growth. As one of the provinces in west coast of the Strait Economic Zone,Fujian always take photovoltaic industry as an important part of the priority developing high-tech industry , and puts forward to depend strategies such as cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan to develop PV industry cluster. The study focuses on the current situation of the development of photovoltaic industry in both Fujian and Taiwan sides of Fujian province, analysing the factors that affect the solar photovoltaic industry innovation network capacity, raises the index model to evaluation of sustainable innovation network ability, and to realize industry better. the healthy development of the photovoltaic
