激励理论在电网企业的应用

摘    要:电网企业作为国家战略基础性能源企业之一,在国民经济社会发展中具有很重要的地位和作用。近年来,电网企业大力实施"人才强企"战略,不断加强人力资源管理工作,加强薪酬福利管理,开展全员绩效考核,运用激励理论,采取物质激励、精神激励、目标激励、培训激励等多种方式,不断提高员工的积极性、创造性,提升电网企业的核心竞争力。

Abstract:As one of the conntry's strategic foundamental energy source,electric hetwork enterprise plays a vital role and has significant position. Recentty, electric enterprise takes the 'interbligence-strenstleniy-enterprise' strategy, constentty strengthens human resonrce management,enhances staff evalnation. By using inspiration theory,the paper takes a stway on employilng substonce anel spiritual inspiration, target and trainiy encouragement, constenly improves inatiatives, creations,and this promotes the core ampetitiveness of electric network enterprise.
