| 摘 要： | 邓小平同志历来重视人才,对人才问题提出了一系列的见解.强调人才资源的重要意义,提出"尊重知识,尊重人才"的思想;重视发挥教育在培养人才方面的作用;在人才选拔上,力主恢复高考制度,做到公平公正选拔人才;提出判定和选拔人才的新标准,赋予人才标准以时代意义.
