摘    要:应用改进的聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分离技术,对不同平菇品种菌丝体过氧化物酶同工酶和可溶性蛋白质谱带的测定结果表明:供试的各品种之间在同工酶和蛋白质谱带的数目、相对迁移率(Rf 值)、酶活性以及蛋白质量等方面均存在着显著的差异,因此可以作为平菇属种间亲缘关系早期鉴定的生化指标。与传统的菇形,色泽等形态学特征辨认及子实体等组织电泳分析相比较,本方法更具有简便、快速、可靠、灵敏等优点。对于伪劣、混杂、退化及变异菌株的早期检测,在食用菌的生产、销售和育种上都具有重要的应用价值。

Abstract:Research on the perxidase isozyme and soluble protein zymog- rams of the mycelial extract of oyster mushroom by using the technique of improval polyacrylamide electrophoresis.The results show that the difference was evident in respect of the number of the perxidase isozyme and the protein zymograms,Rf value,enzyme aetivity and protein content between 7 varieties.Therefore;they can be used as a biological chemistry symbol of identification at an earlier stage of the consannguinity.Com- pared with the methods of recognition of the traditonal morphology fea- ture and polyacrylamide electrophoresis in the fruit-body extract,this is faster,moresimple,more reliable and more sensitive.so,applying this method,for the earlier identfication of imitation and low quality, mutation,degenrate and mixed strain,it has very important applied va- lue in production,sale and breeding of edible fungi.
