| 摘 要： | 马克思主义的＂人的全面发展理论＂是大学生职业生涯指导与高校思想政治教育有机结合的理论基础。大学生职业生涯指导与高校思想政治教育在教育理念、教育内容和服务目标等方面存在的内在关联性是二者之间有机结合的契机;以职业生涯规划为载体,加强课程建设,优化教师素质结构,开展教育实践活动是二者实现有机结合的主要路径。

| Abstract: | Based on Marxist theory on people＇s overall development,the career guidance and ideological and political education in college can be an organic combination.The intrinsic correlation among the educational philosophy,educational content and service objectives is the foundation of combination.In order to achieve the combination,the authors gave some suggestions including strengthening the curriculum construction through the career guidance,optimizing the structure of the quality of teachers and actualizing educational practice. |
