论大学生健康形象的培养与训练

良好的健康形象是时代发展的要求。大学教育应促使大学生全面发展 ,其中也包括通过培养和训练 ,帮助他们树立新一代大学生朝气蓬勃、积极向上的健康形象。通过“形体舞蹈”等选修课的学习和训练 ,以及开展“健康形象”、“形象大使”、“服饰表演”等比赛和有意义的社会活动 ,培养美、创造美的精神 ,使之以美好的心灵、健康的形象积极地迎接挑战 ,为社会服务。

Development and Training of Healthy University Student Image

A healthy image is a requirement of the modern times for university students. Tertiary education aims at students' overall development including the establishment of university students' healthy, dynamic and ambitious image. Provision of selective courses, organizing competitions of "Healthy Image', "Image Ambassador" and "Fashion Show" as well as meaningful social activities can play a positive role in developing the healthy university student image and students' awareness of aesthetics.
