| 摘 要： | 要想又好又快地开发图们江区域,一要加强基础设施建设,提高公共服务水平;二要强化生态环境保护,带动旅游经济发展;三要完善区域生产力布局,促成优势产业集群;四要借鉴先进开发经验,注重发挥后发优势;五要落实优惠政策安排,营造良好的投资环境;六要加快国际合作开发进程,造就区域经济合作关系。

| Abstract: | Ways to quicken the development of Tumen River Region include the following six key points： 1.to strengthen the infrastructure and upgrade the public service;2.to enhance the environment protection and stimulate the development of tourism;3.to perfect the regional layout of production and encourage the formation of industry-clustering;4.to actively learn advanced experience and focus on regional advantages;5.to effect favorable policies and create preferable environment for investment;6.to accelerate the international interaction and accomplish regional economic cooperation. |
