| 摘 要： | 社会转型是社会学研究中一个历久弥新的论题,从中国社会转型由关系与单位综合交错所构建的视角出发,指出当前中国社会中关系的恶性泛滥与单位的隐性重构是社会转型的深层障碍,认为可依照理性化和市场化原则构建新型关系和新型单位,进而推动社会转型顺畅进行。

| Abstract: | It is significant in theory and practice to analyze the relationship and unit between the individual and group during the Chinese social transformation. This is reconstructed in the interaction of the relationship and the unit. The worse relationship and the hidden reconstruction are deep barriers in the transformation, therefore, Constructing a new relationship and unit in the principles of rationalization and market economy to promote the social transformation successfully. |
