| 摘 要： | 长期以来 ,史学界忽视了中华苏维埃共和国成立时 ,制定的《中华苏维埃共和国宪法》 ,极个别学者虽然引起了注意 ,但错误地把它混同于当时制定的《中华苏维埃共和国宪法草案》 ,我们认为《中华苏维埃共和国宪法》的存在是不容置疑的 ,1 931年 2月前 ,由中共中央和共产国际远东局共同起草 ,由于苏维埃政权当时还局限于中国的局部地区 ,故未提交“一苏大”讨论

| Abstract: | In the past decades,the historical circles have neglected the Constitution of the Soviet Republic of China drawn up when the Soviet Republic of China was founded.Only a few scholars paid attention to it,but they confused it incorrectly with the Draft Constitution of Soviet Republic of China drawn up at that time.We hold that the existence of the constitution is no doubt.At that time,Soviet political power was limited in some regions in China,so it hadn't been submitted to conference for discussion,drafted by the Central Committee of the Party of China and the Far East Bureau of the Communist International before February,1931. |
