对于"中立"应该正确认识和对待

长期以来，人们对于“中立”的观点和行动是持批判和反对态度的，因为中立与折中主义相同。实际上，“中立”并不等于折中主义，有它存在的余地和一定的作用。人们应该正确认识和对待“中立”。当然，允许“中立”存在，不等于提倡“中立”，有的要坚持“中立”，也不等于要把“中立”绝对化。把“中立”当作折中主义而加以批判和彻底抛弃是不妥当的。

Neutralism Should be Correctly Understood and Treated

For a long period, the general attitude toward the neutral standpoints and actions was critic and even opposed, because people considered that neutralism is the same with eclecticism. Acctually, the former, which has its own existing room and certain function, is not equal to electicism. Neutralism should be correctly understood and treated. Of course, admitting the existence of neutralism doesn't mean to encourage it. Also, that we sometimes should insist on neutralism doesn't mean to take it as something absolute. It's not appropriate to regard neutralism as eclecticism and then criticize or thoroughly abandon it.
