摘    要:蒋庆判教认为儒学分为"心性"与"政治"二派,二者由于传承、性质、对象、功能不同,应成对列之局,分治"人心"与"政治"。然而《论语》显示,孔子儒学是明体达用的一如之学,由下学人事,籍工夫返本体,由本体上达天命,从而体证天境,然后再发诸人事,仁民爱物,峻极于天。故而蒋庆判教误在:第一,儒学不能分割体用为平行两派;第二,义理与历史上均不存在只主心性而无政治取向的心性一派;第三,所谓政治儒学误在有用无体,其弊亦将沦于无体无用。
