| Abstract: | Developing by leaps and bounds is one kind of models of national development and an effective way to speed up the develoment in our national areas as well. On the basic of our country's context, this article focuses on the reasons for realizing the development by leaps and bounds in the national areas and the condions under which it can be realized . In this article, some suggestions and measures are put forword by the author. |
