中国农村民主选举中的提名方式及实施绩效分析--对陕西6个县34个村调查结果的实证分析

提名方式是民主选举中的主要组成部分 ,也是选举制度有效实施的关键 ,民主选举内在地要求候选人的提名应具有不确定性。本文重点分析了中国农村基层民主选举中的3种候选人提名方式:村民公开提名、村委会提名和乡党委提名。通过设置变量以及对陕西6个县34个村调查研究结果的实证性分析 ,研究了不同提名方式与民主制度的实施绩效之间的关系。

An Analysis of the Mode of Nomination in China's Rural Election and its Effect in Execution

The pattern of nomination is the main part of democratic election,the key to effective execution of electoral system;and election requires intrinsically that the nomination of candidates should possess uncertainty.In this article we have emphatically analyzed the three ways of candidate nomination in the grass-roots units of China's rural areas:the public nomination by villagers,nomination by the village administrative committee,and by the Party Committee of the country town.By a variation analysis and a case study of the investigation of34villages in6counties,we have researched the relaˉtionship between the difference in the nomination fashion and the effect in operation of the democratic system.
