现代性追求:当代中国思想重构

当代中国思想的重构,主要从以下四个方面进行：社会主义模式的新构建,民主的新觉悟,科学的新定位,历史传统的新审视。从"以阶级斗争为纲"转向"现代性追求",构成思想重构的主轴。这一重构过程尚在持续之中。现代性本身的若干不确定性,以及前现代、后现代与现代交错并存,使当代中国思想重构充满变数。

Pursuit of Modernity: Reconstruction of Contemporary Chinese Thought

The reconstruction of contemporary Chinese thought is under way now chiefly in the following four respects: reconstruction of socialist model, new awareness of democracy, re-orientation of science and re-examination of historical traditions. The transition from "taking class struggle as the key link" to "pursuit of modernity" constitutes the principal part of the ongoing reconstruction of thought. Owing to some uncertainties about modern ity and the intersection and overlapping of pre-modern, post-modern and modern , there remain many variables in the reconstruction of Chinese thought.
