The determinants of mediation activity: A two-country comparison

A recent study examined the relationship between fluctuations in the number of mediation cases in Great Britain and several macroeconomic variables. The results indicated a strong statistical relationship between the variables and the number of mediation cases. We are interested in determining whether a similar relationship exists in the United States. Our results indicate that such a relationship exists in the United States but it is not as strong as the one in Great Britain.
