| Abstract: | Scientific concept of development regards human's all - round development as the starting point and goal, and gives emphasis to all - round, coordinative and sustainable development, which contains the fundamental principle of " Human-oriented". The principle is a scientific generalization of human being' s subject position in the history, a scientific summary of the relation between man and history, and the inherent requirement of historical materialism. |
