柑桔根际土壤细菌和放线菌的特性

摘    要:本文是关于柑桔根际土壤细菌和放线菌的研究报导。测得柑桔根际土壤细菌和放线菌在每克干土中分别高达76871×10~7和6848个。两种根际土壤微生物的根际效应都很显著,分别为对照土的67.6和27倍。平均每克干土中,温州蜜柑的根际土壤细菌最多,为6490×10~7个而红桔根际土壤放线茵最多,为1326个。两种柑桔根际土壤微生物的数量直接受土壤理化性质的影响,并随树种、砧木、树龄及季节的不同而发生规律性的变化。在柑桔根际土壤微生物生态系统中,柑桔根际土壤细菌和放线菌占优势,则对柑桔根系具有保护和促进植株生长的作用。

Abstract:This paper eleals with the rhizosphere effects of the bacteria and the aetinomyces in the rhizospere soil of citrus.The bacteria of rh- izosphere soil tend more abundant in the Citrus unshiu Mare.than kinds of rhizosphere soil developed abundandtly in the C.reticulata Blanco. Two Microorgenisms are influenced by Chemical and physical chaiacters of the soil,kinds of cierus,stock amd seasonal variatno.Becaus of the bactera and the actinomyce of rhigosphere soil of Citrus are well de- veloped,they wilt best favour the root's development of citus.
