| 摘 要： | 新加坡国土狭小,资源贫乏,工业基础薄弱,经过不懈努力,已迅速成长为世界上最有竞争力的国家之一。分析新加坡的发展之路,可以发现,他们根据不同经济发展阶段制定不同经济政策,促使产业结构优化升级,从而迅速走上了工业化、现代化道路。特别是,大力支持和鼓励创新活动,其中主要措施有：借助跨国公司提升本国的创新能力,建设科技园为创新活动提供优越环境,推动中小企业提升研发实力。

| Abstract: | With all its disadvantages in territory,resources and industry,Singapore has become one of the most competitive countries in the world as a result of its unremitting efforts in the past years.A probe into its development shows that its success in industrialization and modernization has been based on its upgrading and optimization of the industrial structure by adopting different policies at different stages of economic growth;in particular,it took every measure to encourage innovations,including,among others, depending on international businesses to improve local companies＇ capacity of innovation, building hi-tech zones to provide admirable surroundings for innovation, and helping small and medium-sized businesses to improve their capabilities of research and development. |
