| 摘 要： | 目的观察关节镜清理术加透明质酸钠关节内注射结合功能锻炼治疗膝关节骨关节炎的疗效。方法对61例膝关节骨关节炎患者分为两组,A组采用关节镜清理术加透明质酸钠关节内注射结合功能锻炼治疗,B组采用关节镜清理术加透明质酸钠关节内注射治疗。结果本组61例患者均得到随访,根据Shahariarrer标准予以评定,A组明显高于B组,差异有统计学意义。结论采用关节镜清理术加透明质酸钠关节内注射结合功能锻炼治疗,可明显提高老年骨性膝关节炎治疗的远期效果。
