| 摘 要： | 公民的基本权利是为宪法所确认的、公民与生俱来的 ,是不能为其他个体和公权力侵犯的权利。公民住宅不受侵犯是公民的一项重要的基本权利之一。如何正确处理公权力与公民基本权利之间的关系 ,用公权力来保障公民的基本权利 ,这是我们在现实中必须面对的问题。

| Abstract: | The basic rights are the born rights of citizen.The right of house not receiving intrude is one of them.It is confirmed by the constitution and against intrude of other individual or public power.However,the basic rights of citizen often get intruded in daily life,especially intruded by the public power.How to handle the relation between public power and citizen's basic rights correctly and turn public power into the strongest protection of the citizen's basic rights is the thing we must face in reality. |
