| 摘 要： | 阐述了企业资源计划ERP(EnterpriseResourcesPlanning)的管理思想对供应链的管理和事先计划与事中控制的思想 ,提出对ERP的实施应正确理解 ,指出专业的ERP咨询公司产生和存在的必然性。专业咨询公司能够帮助企业实现ERP应用的预期目标 ,对ERP实施成功有着重要影响。文章列举了专业咨询公司的主要工作内容 ,并探讨了企业对于咨询公司的选择。

| Abstract: | Explains the management idea of ERP(Enterprise Resources Planning),i.e, the management of supply chain and the idea of plan before the process and control during the process. It suggests that the implementation of ERP should be correctly understood. It points out that the existence of ERP consulting companies is inevitably necessary, and ERP consulting companies can help enterprises realize their anticipating target and have a strong effects on the success of ERP implementation. This article also gives the work contents of ERP consulting companies and explains how to choose consulting companies for enterprises. |
