经济增长率涵义解析

一国经济增长率的高低是一定统计技术的结果,由于经济结构和货币计量单位不同,因此不同国家之间的增长率是没有直接的可比性的。经济增长率并不代表经济总量、福利水平和国际相对竞争力的变化,它所代表的只是该国的资本收益率。在市场经济,实际量值既不存在也没有意义,有意义的是名义量值。不同国家间的收入差距,并不是总量的差距,而主要是一定生产关系下以信息垄断为基础的技术水平的差距。

The relative highness or lowness of the economic growth rate of a country is the result of certain statistical technology.Because of the difference of economic structure and monetary measuring unit,there isn't the property of direct comparison among the growth rates of different countries.The economic growth rate does not represent the economy total amount,the welfare level and the change of international relatively competitive power.It represents only the capital profit rate.The quicker nominal growth rate generally appears in those societies where the financial enterprises budget flexible binding or the financial system is not perfect.In the market economy,the actual amount does not exist and has no sense;the one that has sense is the nominal amount.The income difference among different countries is not the difference of total amount,but the difference of the technology levels on the basis of the information monopoly under the certain production relation.
