| 摘 要： | 新余市委、市政府通过对市情系统调查研究,并到沿海经济较发达地区考察、学习改革开放的先进经验,在此基础上,制定并实施了"关于加快十项改革的决定",使新余市的经济建设、城市建设等方面出现了新局面,面貌为之改观.本文对新余市解放思想,更新观念教育活动作了概略调查,叙述了作者所获得的启示.
