运用"项群归类法"提高学生田径综合能力

摘    要:长期以来,我国体育院校田径术科教学始终未能改变竞技化模式.教学内容以竞技运动为主,手段大同小异,缺乏年龄、性别、专业特点,严重影响大、中、小学“体育与健康”课程目标的实施.在田径术科教学时数递减和学校体育“健康第一”的指导思想下,采用“项群归类”的方法拓宽田径健身教学内容,提高学生的田径综合知识及教学能力,不失为培养“体育与健康”课程目标所需人才的可行之径.

Abstract:For a long time,physical education in our country has remained the same education of track and field in colleges and schools.Then it came to effect the education reform of track and field in elementry and secondary school,whose content of course has still depended on the competitive sports,the means is alike with minor differences,and lacking of characteristics in age,sex and specialization.So,it couldn't adapt to carry out the course aim of "sports and health" in elementary and secondary school.This paper states that "Item Grouping" is an effective method in improving students comprehensive abilities in track and field sports and reaching the goal of sports and health.
