产业技术创新联盟成员间知识转移的影响因素研究

摘    要:从产业技术创新联盟成员间知识转移的过程视角,构建了产业技术创新联盟成员间知识转移影响因素与知识转移绩效关系的概念模型.研究表明:知识显性程度、转移渠道丰富性、知识吸收能力、沟通与信任程度、知识转移实施过程对产业技术创新联盟成员间知识转移绩效都具有显著性的正向影响机制.产业技术创新联盟成员要通过将隐性知识转化为显性知识以提升知识的显性程度、构建正式渠道和非正式渠道的知识转移渠道体系、加强沟通与信任关系、加强组织学习以提升知识吸收能力等途径,来提升产业技术创新联盟成员间知识转移绩效水平.

Abstract:This paper discusses the relationship of knowledge transfer influencing factors and knowledge transfer performance among members of Industrial technology Innovation alliance from the knowledge transfer process.The results show that the richness of transfer channel,knowledge absorptive capacity,communication and trust and knowledge transfer implementation process have a significant positive influence on knowledge transfer performance of among members of industrial technology Innovation alliance.The Industrial Technology Innovation Alliance members should to improve the knowledge transfer performance from to enhance the degree of knowledge’ dominance by conversion tacit knowledge into explicit knowledge,build the formal channels and informal channels,strengthen communication and trust,strengthen organizational learning to enhance knowledge capacity and other ways.
