The ideas of commercial law are those key targets.There are two levels of the ideas of commercial law: the basic ideas according to the nature of commercial law as the special rules in private law,and the peculiar ideas based on its own characteristics.While justice is the core in judgement,it is of importance to achieve these ideas of commercial law in judgement,considering the need to understand and apply the complicated commercial rules accurately,to display the particularities of commercial judgement and to advance the commercial law itself as well.The basic ideas of commercial law comprises justice and good faith,while the peculiar ideas are as follows: to maintain business,to protect the goodwill dealers or the third parties,and to keep the safty and efficiency of the trades.
