资源消耗、技术进步和人力资本积累下的经济可持续增长模型

源约束下的经济可持续增长是可持续发展理论的重要研究课题,为此将耗竭性资源纳入内生经济增长模型,并运用最优控制方法研究稳态的经济可持续最优增长路径。讨论模型的平衡增长解,并在平衡增长解的基础上,进一步探讨实现可持续最优增长路径的必要条件,即物质产品消费的跨期替代弹性、人力资本的积累效率与时间贴现率之比应满足一定的动态关系。通过对影响经济可持续增长的变量进行比较静态分析和模拟检验发现,消费跨期替代弹性、时间贴现率、人力资本积累效率和物质产品部门的产出弹性会对稳态下的经济增长率和资源消耗速度产生影响,提出了相应的政策启示。
