构建学院研究生培养过程质量保障体系探析

通过对研究生培养质量保障体系概念内涵的把握,探讨研究生培养过程质量保障体系由学院内部质量保证措施和外部质量监控及评价两部分构成。根据质量评估指标体系,进行全面、综合动态的评估考核。借鉴国外先进的研究生教育理念和经验,探索制定符合中国国情的学院研究生培养过程质量评估指标体系。通过对研究生培养体制、培养目标、课程设置、教学内容和教学方法、教材、培养方式、社会实践、导师指导方式、学位论文标准、管理与运行机制等方面加强创新研究,构建科学、有效的学院研究生质量保障指标体系。

On Constructing Quality Guarantee System for College Graduate Training

This paper introduces the connotation of the quality guarantee system for graduate training,and indicates that the system is composed of the internal quality guarantee measures of college and the external quality monitoring and evaluation.The comprehensive,integrated and dynamic evaluation should be conducted according to the quality evaluation index system.Learning from advanced experiences and thoughts of training graduates in western countries,a quality evaluation index system,specially designed for Chinese college graduate training,is presented.Through the innovations of graduate training mechanism,training objectives,curriculum,teaching content and methods,teaching materials,training mode,social practice,teachers＇ instruction methods,dissertation standards,management and operation mechanism,a scientific and effective quality guarantee index system is constructed.
