对话教学中的共识与自我实现

摘    要:对话是人与人之间的交流方式——而对话教学更是一种对传统教学方式和理念的反驳与重构。对话教学关涉到自我的理解、共识和价值实现;也关系到教育改革的革新与成败。真正有效的对话教学应该是建基在平等、自由、互相理解和尊重基础之上的教学活动和教学方式;也是师生之间和谐共生的一种新的理念和方式。对话教学呼唤和敦促我们改变僵化、陈旧的教学思维和教学模式,从而使我们创造出和谐、平等、创新的教学方式和教学精神。而在这样的过程中,每一个对话的参与者也都会得到知识的获取、共识的实现和自我价值的展现。

Abstract:People use dialogues for ommunica ting.And dialogic teaching is a contradiction and reconstruction to the traditional teaching method and idea.Dialogic teaching,that has to do with education reform involves self-understanding,consensus and value-realization.The effective dialogic teaching is a new teaching way based on equality,freedom,mutual-understanding and mutual respect and makes a harmonious atmosphere between the teacher and the student.Dialogic teaching urges us to change old teaching thoughts and mode in order to create harmonious,equal and innovational teaching mode and spirit.Every participant in the dialogue can obtain knowledge,reach a consensus and realize self-value.
