天津滨海新区人力资源服务外包的风险与对策

摘    要:随着天津滨海新区开发开放力度的加大,人力资源管理外包也在不断发展,越来越多的人力资源活动被外包出去,天津滨海新区人力资源管理外包的战略性意义更加突显。本文就滨海新区人力资源外包服务发展,规避风险、更好地彰显社会效益,提出了对策和建议。

Abstract:With the further development and opening up of Tianjin new coastal area,service outsourcing of human resource is developing rapidly in this area.More and more human resources have been outsourced,which indicates the strategic importance of service outsourcing in this region.This paper puts forward a few of proposals on how to develop human resources outsourcing,how to avoid risks and how to display social benefits better in new coastal area.
