| Abstract: | With the further development and opening up of Tianjin new coastal area,service outsourcing of human resource is developing rapidly in this area.More and more human resources have been outsourced,which indicates the strategic importance of service outsourcing in this region.This paper puts forward a few of proposals on how to develop human resources outsourcing,how to avoid risks and how to display social benefits better in new coastal area. |
