2000年以来天山北坡经济带县市经济差异时空特征分析

文章以天山北坡经济带内25个县（市）为研究对象，利用传统统计分析与GeoDa、Arc view软件相结合的方法，通过计算人均GDP的绝对差异和相对差异，探讨了天山北坡经济带区内经济差异的时间以及空间特征。研究表明：2000年以来天山北坡经济带区内县（市）经济绝对差异不断扩大，但相对差异在逐步缩小；总体经济差异在波动中下降，并且2008年以后主要是由三大区域之间的经济差异所造成；中部区域的经济差异在三大区域中最大，其差异主要是由乌鲁木齐市和克拉玛依市这两个地级市的经济发展水平远高于其他县市所引起；经济发达地区和经济落后地区的空间分异特征明显，经济发展水平高的地区基本分布在天山北坡经济带的中部，而经济发展滞后的县域大多集中在伊犁河谷地区；区内各县域经济在空间上呈现集聚性，空间经济差异在缩小。

Temporal-Spatial Features of Regional Economic Disparity along the Economic Belt on the Northern Slope of the Tianshan Mountains

This study applied traditional statistic analysis and spatial autocorrelation analysis to the data collected from 2000 to 2012 in 25 counties （cities） along the Economic Belt on the Northern Slope of the Tianshan Mountains and chose per-capita GDP as the variable indicator for testing regional economic disparity. The results showed that the absolute disparity is increasing, while the relative disparity is gradually narrowing. The Theil index of the research units presents a slowly declining trend during 2000-2012, and the whole economic disparity of this region is mainly influenced by the economic disparity of three regions after 2008. The economic disparity in the central section accounts for the largest part of the whole economic belt, and the economic development level of Urumqi and Karamay is much higher than other areas. The higher economically developed counties are mainly located in the central section of the Economic Belt, while the lower economically developed counties are mainly in the Yili River valley. The economy of research units presents a spatial clustering during 2000-2012, and the spatial economic disparity narrows gradually.
