新疆城市社区治理创新研究

社区作为社会建设和管理的基础平台,社区的发展直接关乎到城市的发展和居民的生活,传统的社区管理方式和水平已难以适应时代发展的要求,亟需创新。新疆要实现社会稳定和长治久安,创新社区治理模式是必然途径。文章基于对乌鲁木齐市部分社区的调研,在新的思维模式和视角下,从理念、战略、技术、人才队伍四个维度思考,探索构建城市社区治理模式。

On Community Governance Innovation in Xinjiang

The community is the basic platform on which society is constructed and managed, and its development is directly related to the urban development and people＇s life. The traditional mode and level of social management has been unable to adapt to the development of the society. It needs improving. A mode of Innovative community governance is a must to achieve social stability and long-term stability in Xinjiang. This paper, based on the research of some communities in Tianshan District, explored the new model of community governance in terms of philosophy, strategy, technology and talents from the perspective of a new thinking pattern.
