| 摘 要： | 川西北农业产业发展优势与劣势并存,威胁与机遇同在。优势在于,地理位置和历史地位特殊,拥有丰富的生态生物资源,且接近川渝消费大市场;劣势包括,受自然条件制约,生态安全、自然灾害和公共安全等问题突出,生产方式长期落后,产品市场化程度低,这些不利因素导致投资软硬环境较差。生态安全、自然灾害和公共安全等是需要长期关注的问题,政府政策是影响川西北农业产业发展的首位因素,而市场因素也很重要。综合分析川西北地区农业产业发展的优劣势及面临的机会和挑战,其发展战略应为扭转型。

| Abstract: | The agricultural industrialization development in northwest of Sichuan has its advantages： special location,rich eco-biological resources,Sichuan and Chongqing mass consumption markets;but its limited natural conditions,its lagging behind production method and low product marketability,make its hard and soft investment environments rather unsatisfying.So the external environment,eco-safety,natural disasters and public safety and so on should be concerned in the long run.Governments of all levels should push the development of the area by giving supportive measures.Considering the advantages and disadvantages of agriculture modernization,various opportunities and challenges,we think the strategy for the area development should be the type of transformation. |
