| 摘 要： | 随着关税壁垒作用的减弱,新贸易壁垒成为我国出口贸易的巨大障碍。文章分析了新贸易壁垒产生的原因,以及它所含的主要内容,并提出了加强我国进出口企业技术性贸易管理,提高我国出口产品竞争力的措施,作为打破新贸易壁垒的有效手段。

| Abstract: | With the reduction of tariff barriers function,new trade barrier has become a great obstacle to export trade of China.The paper analyses reasons which the new trade barrier produces and its main content.The author thinks that we should strengthen the management of technological trade measures to improve the competitive power of Chinese export goods. |
