| Abstract: | Regarding how to confirm the principle of liability on product damage liability in China, there are many disputes existing in academic circles. The combined sys tem of Strict liability, Fault liability and Warranty liability are commonly use d at the present stage. In our country, the condition of carrying out single Strict liability principle is still not mature in a short period. |
