| Abstract: | The current world calls for talents of comprehensive qualities and creative spirit but not the people of expertise. Education is the major channels through which people create, spread, and utilize knowledge; institutions of higher learning are the cradle in which people are trained in creativity. Strengthening quality education by institutions of higher learning meets the demand for talents training; it is also the demand of the time and society. |
