| 摘 要： | GDP作为反映国家和地区经济发展情况的综合指标,为各地区、各部门的政绩考核和进行宏观经济决策提供了主要参考依据,起到了十分重要的作用。但传统的GDP已远不适应在构建社会主义和谐社会过程中树立科学的发展观,走可持续发展道路的需要,为此建立和实施以绿色GDP为核心的绿色国民经济核算体系也就十分必要。

| Abstract: | As a comprehessive index reflecting the economic development of a countriy or district,GDP plays an important role in providing the main referential basis for evaluating the achievements of all levels of governments of a country or district and their macroscopical economic decisions.But traditional GDP can not meet the requirements of sustainable development and scientific development outlook in constructing harmonic socialism.So it is fully necessary to establish and carry out green national economie accounting system with the core of green GDP. |
