森林植被防灾学战略研究

森林植被防灾学作为一门新兴学科,需要加强森林植被防灾机理的研究工作。之所以存在有关森林作用的各种争论,过去的研究常常以局限性较大的研究数据来笼统、空泛地讨论森林防灾作用的大小和存在与否,缺乏在与其他学科交叉基础上的防灾机理的分析。同时,应加强防灾林营造、经营和管理技术与体制的研究。为了提高人们对森林植被防灾作用的认识,还应加强森林植被防灾作用及机理的教育和宣传工作。

Hazard Mitigation Research of Forest Vegetation

As a new branch of science,hazard mitigation research of forest vegetation should be laid great stress on the mechanisms of hazard mitigation of forest vegetation.There has been so much debate about the functions of forest in the past.It is because that the research focused on the general discussing the functions of hazard mitigation forest according to the defect data and lacked the analysis of the mechanisms of hzard mitigation on the basis of the crossing with other disciplines.This paper holds that building and management of hazard mitigation forest should be enhanced.In order to deepen the understanding of hazard resistant functions of forest vegetation,education and propaganda about the function and mechanisms of hazard mitigation of forest vegetation should be strengthened.
