| 摘 要： | 科技的健康发展与社会状况和社会发展理念密切相关.和谐社会作为一种社会理念和我们所追求的社会状态,为科技的健康发展和合理应用提供了基本准则和价值向度,其中所蕴涵的社会发展的和谐论为科技多重功能的展现提供了条件,社会关系的和谐性赋予科技以人文的意义和关怀,人与自然的和谐观规定和引导着科技发展和应用的正确方向.
