摘    要:随着高校扩大招生和市场对人才需求的增加,东华理工大学经管学院市场营销专业本科生的培养已具备了相当的规模,但随着规模的扩大也出现了一些问题:培养目标不明确、创业教育开展不够、与市场需求相脱节、实践教学的缺乏等。文章从目前东华理工大学市场营销专业的现状入手,讨论了市场营销专业在人才培养上所存在的问题并提出了解决方法。
