我国保险企业目标市场战略选择

摘    要:保险企业目标市场战略选择是保险企业搞好营销的前提和基础。该文从保险市场细分与目标市场选择及定位入手 ,分析和研究了保险企业可采用的战略应包括建立市场导向稳定而灵活的组织结构、有力且有弹性的网络 ,执行有效的行销系统等手段 ,从而使其更好地占有保险市场 ,获得竞争优势。

Abstract:The strategic targeting of insurance enterprises is the fundament and basis for insurance marketing. In this essay, the author starts with market segmentation, targeting and positioning , making an effort at studying and analysising all the advisable strategies. Among them, are the setup of an institutional framework with stability and flexibility, the forming of a large network with efficiency and elasticity, and the operation of an effective marketing system, etc. The aim of these strategies is to have a large market-share and gain competitive advantage over all the other enterprises.
